Great location near to the central station and major attractions. Friendly, helpful and welcoming receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Well equipped and functioning room facilities. Clean room upon check-in. Although facing the main and busy road, but as long as you keep the window well shut, noise is at the minimum. The room size I stayed at is just right for one person with a cabin size luggage. Anything larger, you might not be able to walk around the room easily thus for two person, it is recommended to book a bigger room.

The breakfast was simple but exquisite...I normally avoid breakfast in hotels but felt this was a perfect blend to get me started but not fill me up before I go visit the rest of the city. Being claustrophobic I requested a room with a balcony so that I could sleep with a door open slightly to help if I needed to step into another room at night time. My request was listened too and i got the perfect room for myself. I will be back at this hotel knowing they can accommodate my requests.

The hotel breakfast was in a lovely older part of the building and was a very nice way to start the day. The hidden staircase was also part of this old building and was beautifully designed (I'm guessing around the start of the 20th century). The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in a great location opposite the train station and near the centre of the city. The room faced into the courtyard and so was very quiet.

Excellent and personable reception staff. First impressions are so important. The room was perfectly positioned within the city for sightseeing and touring. The room was excellent. My friend was a little over-excited about the glass elevator. I can't fault the amenities in the room. And my room was very quiet, which I loved. I got an excellent night's sleep each night.

Location is fantastic, you have access to all Malmö and Copenhagen by bus and subway just in just 2-3 mins. We had some problems with our room and they changed it with a nice room. Staff are super nice😍 There is both in-door and out-door place to have breakfast and fika. The rooms are clean and you can always get fresh towels,covers and Iron from reception.
